We really care about our customers privacy. Bane Mullarkey only gathers information that you, the customer provide us with.

We store your name & email address via Woo Commerce so that we can contact you in case of errors with your order.

When you make a payment via our website, your credit card details are never stored. Once you are ready to make a payment, you are redirected to the payment gateway Stripe.

You have the right to request that any information you gave us during your ordering process be deleted, You can do this by emailing us at info@banemullarkey.ie. Please note that we cannot delete your information before an order is emailed.

Pricing and payment

Our pricing policy is set out on the site and can be accessed here. We reserve the right to make changes to our pricing policy at any time. If you do not agree to any such changes, you should stop using banemullarkey.ie.

When you request the services of the Bane Mullarkey, your credit card details are never saved. Once you are ready to make a payment you are redirected to the payment gateway Stripe. You will be asked to provide us with valid credit or debit card payment details to pay for the services you request through banemullarkey.ie.The amount you will pay will comprise of the fee due to the Bane Mullarkey based on the services to be carried out you ordered plus VAT. This must be paid for up front and we will organise your consultation date and confirm the booking over with you by telephone.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your consultation, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule free of charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a charge.
